He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Dean Guinn. He is survived by: his mother Alice Guinn; his siblings, Dean Guinn (Dodie) of Kansas City, MO and Dianne Guinn (Phil Gloggner); and his close friend Carol Nelson. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 great niece, several cousins.
