He is survived by: his son Kirk Arthur (Pam); his wife Sara Cox; his child Mardi Ann (Eugene Smith); his grandchildren, Trevor Mahaffy (Kait), Christopher Mahaffy (Shannon), Aubrey Kistler, Abigail Wong (Deren), Analia Manire (Baylor) and Maribelle Mahaffy; and his sister Janet Hall (Don).
Family suggests memorial contributions to Ashland United Methodist Church, Habitat for Humanity - St. Joseph, or Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease.
