He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Vendelboe and Addie Vendelboe (Fisher); and his spouse Beverly J. McDaniel. He is survived by: his son Jeff Vendelboe (Veronica); and his grandchildren, Jordan Vendelboe (Mackenzie Putz) and Sidney Vendelboe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph.
