She is survived by: her husband Jim McCulloch; her sons, Scott and Barry Carolus; her stepdaughters, Rebecca Clymore and Roxanne Perry; and her nieces, Glenda Rigdon and Becky Carlton. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandson.
