He is survived by: his wife Melinda K. Everett; his daughter Donniell Klein (Tyson); his grandchildren, Hayley and Cobie; his daughter Whitney Puckett (Austin); his grandchildren, Kenly R. Puckett, Abel, Lawless and Alleena; and his siblings, Beverly Kline of Oregon and Robert "Bob" Everett of St. Joseph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
