She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Pinko and Ruth Pinko (Levin); her husband Simon Polsky; and her sister Rachel Mishlove. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Polsky (Sandy), Wendy Polsky and Douglas Polsky (Colleen); and her grandchildren, Allison Ledford (John), Benjamin Wheeler and John Denton Ledford. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
