She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Marie Smith; her sons, Michael and David Meeks; and her brothers, George Jr. and Charles Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Cherie Meeks (Mark Current) of St. Joseph and Kurt Meeks (Karen) of Yukon, OK; and her grandchildren, Mark, Michelle Hulser, Curtis, Christopher Meeks and Zacherie Meeks. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and friends.
