It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy (Nolan) Gross of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Nolan and Joyce Nolan (Monday); her husband Daniel John Gross; her son Daniel John Gross II; and her siblings, Martha Keith, Linda Bode and Daniel Lee Nolan.

She is survived by : her daughters, Chelsey Gross (Matt) and Rachel Justice (Steve); her grandchildren, Kileigh "Ki" Gross, Sadie Blanchard, Jo Benedict, Zach Brewer, Kollin "Bubby" Gross, Sami "Beano" Justice (John), Jordan "Jordy Girl" Melendez (Nicolas), Beau "Bo-Bo" Gross (Allie) and Kyler "Boogie" Williams; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Olivia, Emberlynn, Mariana, Oaklyn, Isabella, Presley and Princeton; her brother Michael Nolan; and her pets, Bentley, Sophie and Bella. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Noyes Home for Children or a children's hospital of the donor's choice.
