We are sad to announce that, on August 10, 2025, at the age of 96, Dorothy Smith of Saint Joseph, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Glen H. Smith; and her great grandchild Wyatt Steidel. She is survived by: her sister Beverly Crossman; her sons, Warren G. Smith (Jennifer) of St. Joseph and Richard H. Smith (Sharon) of St. Joseph; and her grandchildren, Chad W. Smith (Angela), Elgin Smith, Lindsey Smith, Cristin Rogers (Sean), Rachel Marmaud (Joseph), Daniel Steidel (Laseana) and Amanda Yoka (Daniel). She is also survived by great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Children's Mercy Hospital.
