It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward L. Stockwell of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stockwell and Chloe Stockwell (Campbell); his siblings, James Livingston, Paul Livingston, John Livingston, Jerry Livingston, Jacky Livingston, Kay Guy and Vicki Martinez; and his pet Tank.

He is survived by: his wife Jacki Tucker; his sons, Eddie and Steven Stockwell; his stepdaughters, Paige Lai and Taylor Kalemkiarian; his grandchildren, Brady, Brett, Alexis, Jaxon and Gracie Stockwell; his stepgrandchildren, Tildy, Romy Lai, Jack and Kit Kalemkiarian; and his sisters, Judy Masters and Debi Whitlock (Tim). He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donors to give blood, or donate contributions to the Community Blood Center – St. Joseph.

“So sorry for your loss. I met Ed at Savannah golf a few years ago and quickly became a friend. We played many rounds of golf together and I’ll have to say he was pretty darn good. Called him Mr floppy as he could usually hit this high flop shot into the hole! He loved my wife’s homemade salsa and playing cards. I will truly miss him as to me was a true friend. God bless. Larry”
