He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn; his children, Michael Ballard (Sheril) of Smithville, MO., Janet Bennett of Sedalia, MO., Shawn Stewart of Saint Joseph, MO. and Darla Reynolds (David) of Faucett, MO.; and his siblings, Tommy Ballard (Ann) of Kearney, MO., Dwight Ballard (Doris) of Dearborn, MO., Vernetta Smith of Leawood, KS. and Joyce Veuleman (Larry) of Lincoln, MO.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many good friends.
