She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Stacy Downey, Candy Bennett (Andy), Dawn Marriott (Scott) and Eddie Downey Jr.; her grandchildren, Thera, Lexie, Brea, Michael, Nolan and Megan (Eric); her great grandchildren, Caden, Kyler, Benzie, Terryon, Micheal, Amarie, LaBron and E. J.; her nieces and nephews, Debbie, Tami, Paula, Laura, Larry Jr., Cory and Chris; her cousin Marjorie Mundt; and her pets, Fifi, Garth and Paco.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery - St. Joseph (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fairview Golf Course Clubhouse (3302 Pacific St, St Joseph, MO 64507).
