He was predeceased by: his grandfather Emmett Pendergras. He is survived by: his parents, Melinda II (Throckmorton) and Emmett Pendergras II; his stepfather Tony Johnson of St. Joseph; his son Emmett Pendergras IV; his siblings, Alexander Noble (Angelica Garcia) of St. Joseph, Kiley Dawe of St. Joseph, MO, Emily Pendergras, Christian Pendergras, Gracie Pendergras and Corinne Pendergras; his stepsister Savannah Johnson; and his grandparents, Chris Throckmorton of St. Joseph, Julie Janzen of Hutchison, KS and Debera Nichols of St. Joseph. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
