He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Harkins and Allyson Harkins (Carroll) of Raymore, Missouri; his siblings, Adam Harkins (Kelsey) of Kansas City, MO, John Paul Harkins of Kansas City, MO, Caroline Brock (Matthew) of Sterling, VA and Anna Harkins of Falls Church, VA; his nephews, Charlie, Tommy and Henry Brock; and his grandparents, Dolores Harkins of Kansas City, Jerry Harkins, Jr. of Rock Island and Allan Carroll of Centertown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
