She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Amos and Velma Amos (Perman); her husband Frank Cook; her daughter Sue Ann LaFave; her siblings, Melvin Jr., Billy, Woody, Baldy, Eddie, Dennis, Ronnie Amos, Rosalie Ballard, Juanita Timmons, Velma Wilfong, Dorothy and Patricia Amos; and her granddaughter Stevie Ann Cook.
She is survived by: her son Frank Cook Jr. (Carla) of Parkville, MO; her brother Leonard Amos of St. Joseph; her grandchildren, Ashley Kinney, Ryan LaFave and Memphis Cook; her great grandchildren, Camron Parks and Kaden Kinney; and her friend Pam Pinkerton Gagnon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great- nieces and great nephews.
