It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Farrell Eugene Hiatt of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on April 2, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrold E. Hiatt and Elsie Hitchcock; his stepfather Frank Hitchcock; and his son David Frank Hiatt (Alicia Hiatt). He is survived by: his daughter Gidget Kemnow of Harriet, AR; his siblings, Clarence Hiatt of St Joseph and Rebecca Reiss (Frank) of Weston, MO; his granddaughters, Chelsey Turner, Samantha Ensminger and Moiraine Kemnow; and his great grandchild Isobel Ensminger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
