She was predeceased by: her parents, Flossie Dunlap and Homer Dunlap; her husband William Gilbert Cooper Sr.; her daughters, Tammie Jarrett and Pam Cooper; her siblings, Margaret Locklin, Alice Collins, Shirley Richardson and Marvin Locklin, Jr.; her stepson Galen Cooper; and her children-in-law, Richard Jarrett and Kimberly Cooper.
She is survived by: her sons, William Gilbert Cooper, Jr., Hank Cooper (Melissa), Joe Cooper of St Joseph and Thomas Cooper (Amy); her brother James Locklin of Sun City, AZ; and her caregivers, Gina Chavez and Rose Cooper of St. Joseph. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are requested to the Friends of the Animal Shelter.
