Frances leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Frances’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Frances will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred A. Radford and Minnie Radford (Wilson); her husband Robert E. Lynch; and her significant other Richard. She is survived by: her children, Sunshine (Stephen) of Overland Park, Kansas, Kenneth G. Duncan (Carolyn B. Duncan) of Raleigh and Arthur Gary Duncan (Theresa M. Duncan) of Chesapeake, Virginia; and her stepson Richard Lynch of Murfreesboro, TN.. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to First Lutheran Church, 1000 Charles St., Saint Joseph, MO 64501, in memory of Frances's unwavering faith and her enduring spirit.
