He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Withrow and Helen Withrow; and his sister Harriet Staashelm. He is survived by: his wife Doris Withrow; his son Floyd Withrow of California; his goddaughter Patti Liefer (Ron) of Redbud, Illinois; his adoptive parent Rev. Terry (Betsy Hodges); his brother-in-law Franklin Staashelm (Carolyn); his niece April Ronan; and his nephews, Ernest Staashelm (Christy) and Robert Staashelm (Susan).

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Children's Home Society of Missouri, 9445 Litzsinger Rd., St. Louis, MO 63144.
