He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Springs of Saint Joseph, MO; his children, Theresa Clark (Steven), Jeanette Springs, Annette Davis (James), Lynette Greer, Frank Springs Jr. (Michele) and Allen Springs (Ida); and his sisters, Joy Collins, Donna Smith (Sam) and Debbie Barker (Guy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
