Franklin Hatheway Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Franklin Hatheway of Saint Joseph, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2025 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Dean and Marilyn Sue Hatheway (Angle); and his brothers, Roscoe and Elvis, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer L. Schottel; his children, Denton Hatheway, Troyal Hatheway (Jordan) and Anna Hatheway; his grandchildren, Kingston, Marilyn, Peyton, Poseidon, Rilya, Jacelyn, Wrenley and Hudson; and his brother Jonathan Hatheway.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the National Kidney Foundation.
