With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Franklin Scott Rucker of Saint Joseph, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2026 at the age of 56. Though Franklin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Franklin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Rucker and Robert Rucker; and his sister Leslee Rucker. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Rucker; and his children, Shelby Rucker, Dakota Testerman, Landen Rucker, Dallas Testerman, Austin Warden, Shayla Henderson (Reed), Isaiah Rucker, Shelden Rucker and Hayden Rucker. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
