He is survived by: his daughter Rena Adkins; his siblings, Lloyd "Butch" Budine (Barb), Donald "Don" Budine, Ronald "Ron" Budine (Cheryl), Deloris Foster, Janice Kinard (Tom), George Budine (Cindy) and Martha Todd (Ricky); his son David Budine (Randi); his grandchildren, Jesse McCoy, Kelby McCoy (Callie), Brendon McCoy (Jenny), Tristan Adkins (Maddie), Tobin Sisk (Tayler) and Trevor Budine (Liz); and his great grandchildren, Jason McCoy, Creed McCoy, Milo McCoy, Linkin McCoy, Vivian McCoy, Motley Jean McCoy, Heartly Sisk, Hazel Sisk, Hunter Sisk and Hendrix Sisk.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Green Valley Baptist Church (3110 Cook Rd, St Joseph, MO 64506).
