He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Voltmer and Lucille Voltmer; and his brother Carrol Voltmer. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughter Leah Swindler; and his siblings, Annette Thornton (John), Fred Voltmer (Debbie) and Pat Hinchey (Tammy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
