He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spafford (Bill) and Maxine Spafford (Van Cleave). He is survived by: his wife Kitty (Siskey); his friends, Paul, Gary and Pro Shop; his children, Kellie Wells (Joey), Traci Horner (James) of Owasso, OK, Greg Jr. and Chris Spafford; and his siblings, Joyce Glenn and Albert Spafford (Marilyn) of Marshalltown, IA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
