He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Caldwell and Alta Caldwell (Munns); and his sons, Jimmie and Gary Culbertson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Belcher; and his daughters, Annette Phillips (Kevin), Cheryl Still (Ted), Tammy Frappier (Kevin) and Cynthia Jennings (Monte). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; other extended family members and friends.
