She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Evans and Stella Evans (Williams); her siblings, W. D. "Bill" Evans (Helen) and Geraldine Bracken (Charles); her brother-in-law Marion Spiers; and her son-in-law John Hood.
She is survived by: her spouse Russell E. Young; her daughters, Jacqueline Zimmers of Powhattan, KS, Constance Rankin (Michael) and Marilyn Rodriguez-Hood; her grandchildren, Vickie Schuetz (Barry), Rhonda Crook (Caleb), John Zimmers (Candice), Christina Sievers (Brad), Trisha Rodriguez, Brandon Rodriguez (Kristen) and Brittany Rodriguez; her great grandchildren, Carolyn Schuetz, Alexandra Crook, Raven, Liam Zimmers, Abigail, Ava Sievers, Crosby and Charleigh Rodriguez; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Devon, Dennis, Vienna and Scarlett Bruna; her great great grandchildren, Briar Chilcoat and Wyatt Tripp Huestis; and her sister Martha Spiers of Maysville, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Camp Quality or The Noyes Home for Children.
