It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Schroeder of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Bethany, Missouri, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Truman Hagler and Letha Hagler (Butcher); her husband Alvin Allen Schroeder; her daughter Betty Taylor; her children-in-law, Elizabeth Schroeder and Larry Ebling; and her sister Opal Thompson.

She is survived by : her children, Allen Schroeder, Randy Schroeder, Barbara Ebling, Bonnie Glidewell (Tim) and Timmy Schroeder; her son-in-law Mike Taylor; and her cockatiel Freddie. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
