It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Milton Shane Jr. of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Narcissus Shane and Herbert Shane; his siblings, Terrance, Andrew Shane, Wanda Bethea, Edna Shane and Narcissus Jones; and his son Herbert "Herb" M Shane, III.
He is survived by: his sons, Terrance Shane (Stephanie) of Kansas City, MO and Isaac (Denise); and his brother Harry Shane. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
