He was predeceased by: his parents, Orene Miller and Walter Miller. He is survived by: his wife Janet West; his children, Becky Caw (Travis), Dean Miller (Danielle), Jerry Miller (Dawn) and Daniel Miller (Brandi); and his sisters, Bette Robbins, Karen Bartholomew and Sue Miller. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
