It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Brumback of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Brumback and Alice "Tootsie" Brumback (Burge); his grandson Jonah Derickson; and his siblings, Richard, Mabel, George (LeRoy), Frank and Joyce.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Ray, Joshua Chad Brumback and Megan Derickson (Rob); his grandchildren, Alec Brumback, Ayden Cookson, Levi, Gabrielle, Hunter, Noah, Zoe, Kennady and Piper Derickson; and his great grandchildren, Eli Vargas, Whitley, Willow and Callie Derickson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
