He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hart and Virginia Hart (Stamp); and his son Michael Hart. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lynn McHugh; his parents-in-law, Patrick (Angela), Julie (Jamie), Tim (Carla) and Jane (Michael); his grandchildren, Ryan, Ali, Sean, Emily, Tyler and Joe; and his sister Marcia Pearl (David).
