He was predeceased by: his parents, Sadie Bullock and Lloyd Bullock; his wife Jackie Bullock; and his daughter Terry Lynn Bullock. He is survived by: his children, Susan Hendrix of St Joseph and Mike Bullock (Barbara) of St. Joseph; his siblings, Mary Pritchard (Chet) of Golden, CO, Janet Campbell of St. Joseph, Linda Gann (Robert) of Easton, MO and Jerry Bullock of Savannah, MO; his granddaughter Lacey Ann CDeBaca of St. Joseph; and his great grandchild Jackson CDeBaca. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are requested to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
