He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Burnham and Frances Burnham (Beasley); and his brother Gilbert Lee "Buzz" Burnham. He is survived by: his wife Janeen Holdeman; his children, Kelly Starr (Rob), Andy Burnham (Sarah) and Tim Burnham (Erin); his brother Monty Burnham (Wendy); his grandchildren, Sam Starr (Kenzi), Mack Starr (Abigail), Otis, Brecklynn Burnham and Charlie Burnham; and his great grandchild Selah Starr.
