It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janece Johnson (Saint Joseph, Missouri), born in Mullen, Nebraska, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Gilbert and Georgia Gilbert; her siblings, Alberta Morgan and Dale Ray; her grandfathers, Ernest Prindle (Mary) and Henry Gilbert (Amanda); and her former husband Paul Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Ray Johnson (Rhonda) and Jalaina Kanatzar (Brandon); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Ashley and Rylee.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Friends of the Animal Shelter.
