She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Heath and Alma Heath (Krause); and her siblings, Katherine Patrick, Marion Price and Dewey Heath.
She is survived by: her husband Jack E. Humphrey; her children, Tina Lohafer (Brian), Steve Humphrey (Lisa) and Cindy Ayers (Steve); her grandchildren, Brooke Schesser (Heath), Keri Alloway (Anthony), Erin Lohafer, Shannon Humphrey (Lindsey), Terin Holcomb (Uriah), Brad Ayers (Jessica), Wes Ayers (Emilie), Jordan Ayers and Drew Ayers (Haley); her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Alloway, Skylar Alloway, Paige Schesser, Reese Schesser, Luke Humphrey, Christopher Humphrey, Jackie Humphrey, Dani Holcomb, Braylin Ayers, Paycen Ayers, Vincent Ayers, Avery Ayers, Addison Ayers, Elliot Ayers, Ella Ayers, Dawson Ayers, Asher Ayers and Easton Ayers; and her stepson Blake Holcomb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
