It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Wilhoit of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Jason may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parent Dana Wilhoit. He is survived by: his father Doug Wilhoit; his sons, Dominic and Austin Wilhoit; his stepdaughter Halle Nagle; his siblings, Josh Anderson, Aaron Wilhoit and Kristen Wilhoit; his grandmother Mary Hilton; and his aunts, Terri Lowden and Sherri Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel (3609 Frederick Ave, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
