He is survived by: his mother Stephanie Shifflett of St. Joseph; his sisters, Kristen Martin (Jeremy) of St. Joseph and Falynn Patterson (Adam) of St. Joseph; his sons, Jayden, Brody and Brick Shifflett; the mother of his children Nicole Hayes of St. Joseph; and his nieces and nephews, Trinity, Treyton, Matthew, Devon, Jaysen, Taylor, Austin and Jax.
