She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Howard and Violet Howard (Wilfong); and her siblings, Johnnie White, Corky Howard, Betty Lewis and Joyce Worley.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Williams and Jeff Everett (Jenny); her grandchildren, Nick, Lucas Sutton, Orian, Olsen and Piper Everett; and her siblings, Melvin Howard, Joey Howard, Frank "Butch" Howard and Vickie Church. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Jean was a volunteer for the American Heart Association and College Hill Park Association for many years.
