She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kirkman and Marie Kirkman (Jensen); her husband Robert Lee Ward; her siblings, Joe, Mildred, Margaret, Robert, Jane, David, Burton and Phillip; her niece Ruth; and her daughter-in-law Jodie.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Ward (Linda), Debra Vesel and Dana Bruns (Joel). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; best friends.
