With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey L O'Neal of Saint Joseph, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2025 at the age of 54. He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Jo Liu; and his sister Mary Blanchard. He is survived by: his father Solomon Liu; his children, Mekaila O'Neal (Gavin Clevenger) and Matthew Jones; his grandson Zachary Jones (Angelaca Burley); his daughter Ariel Jackson (Rosetta O'Neal); his brother Kevin O'Neal of St. Joseph, MO; and his grandchildren, Chelsey, Jay'Vion, Casey, Emeri, Everleigh, Brayden, Zander and Dorian.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Services and Public Live. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Agency Cemetery.
