He was predeceased by: his father Mark Thogmartin; his grandparents, Earl and Shirley Howard; his aunt Susan Howard; his uncle Jerry Stevenson; and his cousin Bobby Jo James.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Stevenson (Howard) of Breckenridge, Missouri; his brother Jeremy Thogmartin (Terica) of Breckenridge, Missouri; and his stepsiblings, Erin Yuille (Jeremy) of Chillicothe, Missouri and Trey Stevenson (Holly) of Chillicothe, Missouri. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews.
