He was predeceased by: his parents, Sharon Ritter and Fred Ritter; and his brother Jeff Ritter. He is survived by: his son Richard Watkins; his close friend Stephanie Watkins; his siblings, Juanita, Freddy Jr., Kathy, Ronnie Ritter and Brian Ritter; and his grandson Dayton.
