He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bartlow and Nora Bartlow; and his brother Jack Bartlow. He is survived by: his wife Christina Szczepanik; his children, Merri Beth Means (Jeff), Jaime Cortez (Mike) and Charlie Bartlow; and his brother Jerry Bartlow. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandsons.
