She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Leroy and Maxine May McKinney (Wilson); her siblings, Judy and Ted; her niece Brooke; and her son-in-law Dennis Markt.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Markt, Sherry Morgan (Jack), Liz Priebe (Amy) and Andy Myer; her grandchildren, Bryson Davenport (Kirsten), Kristen DeMoss (Andy), Jonathan Markt (Lacey), Jennifer Hames (Matt), Chad Bodle (Samantha), Dakota Shelton (Katie) and Shyan Dredge; and her brothers, David McKinney (Patti) and Rick McKinney. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave, Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph.
