She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter A. Jackson and Mae Bowers Jackson; her great-grandparents, Bob, Anna Ingersoll and Lake Contrary Amusement Park; her husband George C. Shaw Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri.; and her brother Edward W. Jackson of McKinney, Texas..

She is survived by : her brother Lawrence A. Jackson; and her children, Jill Shaw, Kim Sechrest and Jilana Shaw. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph.
