He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Vannaman and Doyle Vannaman; his son Jason Vannaman; his sister Trudy Nelson (Steve); and his sister-in-law Vickie Vannaman.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Vannaman; his daughter Georgia Roades (Michael) of St. Joseph; his brothers, Randy Vannaman, Robert Vannaman (Elizabeth) and Jeff Vannaman (Linda R.); and his grandchildren, Haley, Kathryn Vannaman, Gabriel and Samuel Roades. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
