He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Grace Lewis; and his siblings, Josephine Butcher and Fred Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Steve Lewis (Debra), Debbie Allsbury (Jerry), Pam Batterall (Joe), Carolyn Dean (Tom) and David Lewis (Lori); and his sisters, Shirley Wuest and Louelle Brown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
