She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Jackson and Clara Jackson (Porter); her husband Howard E. Colbert I; her granddaughter Breanna Colbert; and her brother Theodore Jackson, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Cassonya R. Colbert, Tamyra L. Colbert, Ptolemy L. Colbert and Howard E. Colbert II; her grandchildren, Tyren, Rashad, De'Yondre, Tahji, Ryan, Caimon, McKenly, Liam, Jaxon, Kortlyn and Niko; and her siblings, Ronald Jackson, Dee Anna Jackson, Ramona Jackson, Curtis Jackson and Keith Whitley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Holsey Chapel ICM.
