She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Kerns and Orville Kerns; her husband Ronald Ray Fields; her brother Danny Kerns; and her sister-in-law Enola Kerns.
She is survived by: her sons, Sean Fields (Tricia) of Lee's Summit, MO, Eron Fields (Dana) of St. Joseph, MO and Devin Fields (Mahsa) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Dakotah, Corbyn, Demie, Cheyanna, Javelyn, Jordan and Sebastian; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Serenity and Ronnie; her siblings, Wayne Kerns (Betty), David Kerns and Nancy Hoffman (Robert); and her brother-in-law Paul Fields (Gary Lacy).
Memorials are requested to the Cornerstone Baptist Church or Second Harvest.
